Property Fire Maintenance offers inspection audits, maintenance, and certification services that comply with the AS 1851- the fire safety maintenance standard. 

Our fully qualified technicians carry out routine inspections and maintenance of essential fire safety systems in line with the required intervals outlined in AS 1851.

We are able to document existing service penetrations via a baseline data audit to enable the building to be maintained to AS 1851 going forward. We also offer this service to new construction projects so that the building can be handed over to the owner and incoming fire safety maintenance contractor to eliminate the need to re collate and document baseline data needed to comply with the standard.

Our certification service provides a trusted 3rd party inspection, documentation and certification in line with AS 1530.4 and AS 4072.1, which ensures fire safety products are installed and comply with tested systems.

Our areas of expertise are:

  • all passive fire systems including; fire doors, service penetrations, fire rated access panels, fire dampers, joint sealing, steel protection, fire shutters, fire rated windows, fire rated walls, floors and structures
  • fire detection systems including; emergency evacuation systems, gas detection, and VESDA systems,
  • active fire systems including; fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire hose reels, and fire hydrants
